Marianne

            Marianne is a labrador/pit bull mix puppy of about a year. She does need obedience training, but she is very eager to please so I know that training her will be a breeze for her. Whenever we are out for our walks and she begins to pull, I just say, "Marianne heal" (as my attempt to train her). I don't think she really understands the term "heal" because she will just plop down right where she was standing and look up at you like, "time for a belly rub?" She is the sweetest thing, however a bit over energetic at times. I think with a family that can provide a lot of expercise for her is best. She is still a puppy and needs to let loose her energy on a regular basis. My best times with her is taking her out into the grass. As soon as you sit down she gets into your lap and rolls over on her back. She really loves her belly rubs! :)
